Well, I figured it out. I had to set merchants and trade over to remaster rather than classic.

@Kani yeah I got that, still doesn't seem to be working for me whatever reason. It's the only mod installed, and the only active/enabled mod

You have to enable the mod in the mod manager on the launcher @Joobi

Doesn't seem to be working. This is the only mod I have installed and everything is vanilla when I load up a new campaign.
