I don't have an Nvidia GPU, but it doesn't matter. it looks like the problem is when you minimize the game.... thanks anyways!

open your geforce panel and change the settings to use your vid cards gpu it will force rtx

also make sure your shader detail is set to high and turn off film grain

ive never had that happen ill check it out but it may be a rendering issue on your end

there is a bug, sometimes it loses its glow and sometimes it doesn't. and I think it's when you minimize the game in the loading screen
