Description
Changes BASE campaign movement points for all characters from 80 to 240. Compatible with any mods that do not alter "descr_character" file. Works on base campaign. Should work on all future game updates.

Tip for users: Historical and custom battles won't load if this mod is enabled, so it's best to disable it before doing this.
