10/25/21

As my modding journey continues, I have decided that this version is as complete as it will get. I will give it minimum attention unless massive errors are reported. I am currently working on a completely different adventure inspired by Demons Souls and Bloodborne. Sinful Fire has similar leveling mechanics as well as grueling boss fights.

A quick overhaul to make the mod actually work properly without giant lags in attacks and whatnot. It actually works now. So enjoy.

Quick update. I removed the XP gain because it got reaaally annoying, but kept the point system. The points are hidden from the player and will build up. Earn enough points by, say, picking up an item, will earn you an attribute point. Doing different things will earn points differently.

Ever wish you could get XP for every little thing in the game? Now you can.

compatible with just about everything.

Pick up some food? 1xp. Open a jar? 1xp.

Hmm. I can't be sure what other modders are doing in their script.

Both modded.

I mean, during the slowdowns, your mod is ticking in real time and gives hundreds of attribute points to spend, in case that wasn't clear.

It feels like it's some kind of memory leak or whatever. In my case, the slowdowns were triggered by Metasourcery cloning and the bloody Barbarian's spinny spin skills (the former shot my attribute points to 1.5k while I was talking to the metasourcery ghost).

Huh, that's weird. I used a TON of mods with this and didn't get any lag. I donno. It's just a simple code mod.

@Dima Well, I guess it might be incompatible with some other mods I use. But, yes, disabling this mod seems to fix the problem.

Maybe I should add a couple of zeroes at the amount needed to gain a point hehehe.
