All-in-one small road

Description
Need a neighborhood road that will have trees, cycling lanes AND parking? Wanna spice it up with raised bus stops? Then you're in a perfect place.

It technically uses Mass Transit rocket lane to make it asymmetrical, but hopefully it can work without it. If somebody can test it out I would be very glad.

It uses vanilla road with trees noise accumulation.

@faulkhead Odd! Maybe it would be remedied with Decal Prop Fix mod?

When I am placing the road the tree planters are overlapping the cycle path, not very cycle friendly!
