Description
Alkmaar 1900, The Netherlands

This building is on the Koorstraat 39 in Alkmaar. I came across an blueprint/drawing in the regional archives. I Don't think it got finished the way they planned it. I liked them both anyways, so i made the pair. Its now a monument.
The asset is build to be used in my new youtube series ZILT.

The building with the shop facade looks more like the old candy shop in 't Fnidsen (Alkmaar). The interior got moved to Het Zuiderzeemuseum and is still functioning as a candyshop there today. Beautiful model :cozybethesda: very realistic to the original

Yeah this is high quality stuff indeed. In case you want some recommendations: make yourself familiar with smooth shading. It'll come in handy on parts like the front gable to hide sharp edges.
