Description
Time to do something different that isn't Neptunia related.
>still a barebones gaster blaster with resound

A weapon for Lucifer from Helltaker, a heavy machine gun that is fueled by the souls of the damned. It also lets you vibe to Vitality.

Findable under Weapons Tab-->Helltaker-->Lucifer's Soul Blaster

LeftMouseClick=Shoot (2000000DMG, can destroy striders and attack helicopter)
