To turn on "!hurtOn" to turn off "!hurtOff"

A simple addon I have made in my Glua learning that lets you know
> Who you hurt
> with what weapon
> how much damage
> Who you kill
> The player being damaged will also know who attacked them and with what weapon



I am very new to this and would appreciate any feedback / improvements and I also am aware of how useless this addon is but I am very proud I made something :)
