This tower for the most part is no clip, and pretty destructible.

It Features :

-Helicopter pad

-15 Floors

-Signs

-Animated Roof Details.

-Lights on every floor.

-No less than 8x8 bricks for best destruction.

-Working fire alarms

Looks pretty good. Though, I wouldn't exactly say it's entirely low brick. :steamsunny:
