This is the version for Barbarian Invasion of "the walking people" mod . This mod increases the diversity of people walking in the streets of your empire when you use the "city view". In vanilla, you can only see male and female citizens, but with this mod you will also see some militias, some professional soldiers, people from different cultures and even dogs.
