VCS Meerkat

Description
A Monitor-class Heavy Frigate designed to provide defensive fire for friendly utility ships operating nearby, and can act as a jump tug for a single ship. Designed for a crew of two, the Meerkat isn't the toughest or fastest ship in the system, but it can take a bit of a beating and dish one out as well.
