i had an error where ruler had not the right class
simply fixed it by copying the authority and councilor files from the base game to the mod folder.
seems to work for me now

I don't know how, and I don't know why, but Stellaris has done something that means this mod no longer works for me. I tried removing recently updated mods from my library in case there was a conflict and then just made a brand new mod list with only this mod in it and yet it still doesn't work. 2 steps forward, 5 steps back seems to be the Stellaris Dev MO.

I noticed this is about .100 MB smaller than the main fork. What is the difference between the two?
