Fund Vassal Garrison Armies

In 1 collection by FiftyTifty
Fourthy - Gameplay
60 items
Description
For a cost of 1500 gold per unit, you can purchase an additional army for your vassal's settlement. To do so, click the new button at the end of the settlement's menu.

The max number of units in a settlement's spawned army is ten, and they will always be tier 1 or tier 2. The units are spawned from a pool. They are as follows:

Tomb Kings - Skeleton Warriors, Skeleton Spearmen, Skeleton Archers, Nehekhara Horsemen

Vampire Coast - Deck Gunners, Deckhands Mobs, Gunnery Mob, Scurvy Dogs

Dark Elves - Bleakswords, Dreadspears, Darkshards, Dark Riders

High Elves - Spearmen, Archers, Lothern Sea Guard, Ellyrian Reavers

Lizardmen - Saurus Spearmen, Saurus Warriors, Skink Cohort, Skink Skirmishers

Skaven - Skavenslave Slingers, Skavenslave Spearmen, Skavenslaves, Clanrats, Clanrat Spearmen

Wood Elves - Eternal Guard, Glade Guard

Norsca - Marauder Hunters, Marauder Spearmen, Chaos Marauders, Warwolves

Bretonnia - Peasant Bowmen, Men At Arms, Spearmen At Arms, Mounted Yeomen

Dwarfs - Warriors, Miners, Rangers

Empire - Archers, Free Company Militia, Crossbowmen, Handgunners, Spearmen, Swordsmen, Pistoliers

Greenskins - Nasty Skulkers, Squig Herd, Goblin Archers, Goblin Spearmen, Night Goblins, Spider Riders, Wolf Riders

Greenskins (Savage Orcs) - Savage Orcs, Arrer Boyz, Boar Boyz

Vampire Counts - Skeleton Swordsmen, Skeleton Spearmen, Zombies, Dire Wolves, Fell Bats

Update: Fixed cosmetic bug, with button not greying out when selecting a ruin.\

Update: Fixed Savage Orc garrison army spawns

Update: Fixed spaghetti code by rewriting everything.

Update: Fixed bug when garrison army was destroyed, but settlement was not.

Update: Rewrote the code again. All bugs I found are now squashed. If you want to get rid of the pre-existing garrison armies, get the console mod, and type in the following command: fytyFundGarrisonKillAllArmies()

Update: Fixed oversight over when the money is deducted from the player.

Update: Fixed oversight with the UI code. Should now be 100% multiplayer compatible with no desyncs.

Just remembered: there is a Waagh army mechanic, something like that maybe?

Oh, it wan't like something I imagined (like second garrison) but it's still a good one (an army appers near a settlement).
Btw, do you grant this army an ambush defence? Or may be there is a way to make it invulnerable to direct attacks (which is even better IMO)?

Update. Fixed an oversight in deducting money from the player, which could take the money but not spawn a unit in edge cases.

That is strange, but unsurprising. Badly made overhauls are badly made, after all.

for anyone wondering if its compatible with SFO, it will work but whenever you try and use it it will only spawn a lord with another one unit. they have the right stats but dont seem to ever recruit another unit so its functionally useless.
