Radanos' Patrum Scuta+ for HIP

Here it is. The new Patrum Scuta for HIP Frosty3.

It's an updated version of Vasikle's Patrum Scuta for HIP, which I further mixed with ARKO CoAs - ie. compared all duplicates and selected better ones (as in: more historically plausible or just better looking/more detailed) - added an excellent work of byzsla - "Slavic coat of arms"; as well as some other single CoAs.

I made this mod last year, mainly for myself and was asked recently to upload it. You obviously need HIP with ARKOpack installed, for it to work properly. You don't need any other mod.

There are also 8 additional CoAs that I have from I-can't-remember-where-anymore. All of them are located in "/gfx/flags/". If you recognize any or, better yet, are the author, just let me know. The list goes:

Mind you I last played the game a few months ago and had to find and rearrange the files to upload this. Let's hope everything works properly. If not, let me know.

I did not make any of the graphics used in this mod. All original authors can withdraw their permission at any time.
