iv_forklift ported from a decompiled .vmf file of the map, fixed up for the modern Source Engine. Should work in Half-Life 2 as well.

Operation of the Forklift:
Left mouse button to make the forks move up, press the left mouse button again to make them go down.

Modifications from the original map:
Replaced missing textures that were only in the Half-Life 2 Leak. Attempting to be as accurate as possible.

Works in multiplayer.
