This mod adds a yearly event that unlocks a random innovation from your current era. The event has a 1% chance to fire for every point in the learning skill your character has.

This mod is not what I intended to make when I first started its predecessor, stonks, but after reviewing the scripts to do with innovation progress, I decided to introduce my own mechanic that represents your character's scientific pursuits. Now you can leverage your learning skill to put your ahead of the crowd, technologically speaking.
