Fallout factions : NCR and Caesar's Legion (JDS)

Description
Hello good people of the rim.

This is a simple mod to implement NCR and Caesar's Legion as non-player factions in the game, to spice up your Fallout playthrough. All pawns will use the beautiful weapons and apparels by Jango D'soul. You will indeed need JDS Armory to use it.

All credits go to him for the content.

I have a question so when I try to start world as the NCR the factions CL and NCR don't show up is there a reason or I just don't have them in the right order?
