Description
Are you sick of waiting until the late game just to be able to create client states?
Are you sick of messages like "You can't create client states in oversea areas"?

Then it's your lucky day!

With this mod you can create client states from the start of the game and you don't need to care about oversee restrictions anymore!

e.g. You want to create a South African client state in your colonized areas in 1600?
NO PROBLEM, JUST DO IT!

Compatibility:
Unfortunately this mod is not compatible with big mods like extended timeline or else

YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE GAME VERSION TO 1.30.6!!!

can they make it so that client states do not cost diplomacy? would be very helpful
