Northern Army Units for Yellow Turban and Bandit Factions

The Northern Army Colonel follower ancillary was a novel idea for recruitment conditions. Currently, Yuan Shao or Cao Cao will get them when one of them reaches level 7. Afterwards, other factions can pick it up if you capture and execute one of the generals with the colonel follower already equipped. Equipping it on your character would allow you to recruit the Northern Army units.

However, CA made it so only Han factions can recruit the Northern Army units. That means if you are playing a Yellow Turban or Bandit faction, you can not recruit the Northern Army units even if you have the ancillary equipped on a character. I don't know if this is intentional or not, so I made this mod to give more flexibility to the player.

Now, Bandits and Yellow Turbans can recruit the Northern Army units if the ancillary is equipped.

This mod is compatible with everything.
