Following table describes the rotation of crops on three fields in three-year period (six years for full cycle on all fields). All grains are included with addition of cabbage and winter-planted carrot. Carrot play the role of "fallow" season. Also, it can be replaced with beetroot, onion/cabbage or flax/cabbage combination for spring-to-fall period or removed altogether for maximum immersion ;)
