Propeller RPM fix

Description
Increases rotation rate for subs propellers visually, does not change subs speed.

The mod was requested by Zoey1435 in this topic:

It will increase the rotation rate for player sub propeller by factor 3.33 and the amount of emitted bubbles by factor of 2.
It will not affect other ships, only player sub.
It is safe game compatible and does not require a new start. It will work with existing savegames too.

Thanks for this. It works perfectly. I use UBE and no probs. It's a little detail in the game but it brings a lot. And no, it wasn't fixed in the official patch. So, thanks again to the mod creator.

Just a heads up - "Royal Raven" is a known troll who I blocked. I forget why I blocked him but since I hardly ever block anyone there must've been a good reason. I see he is putting out BS disinfo here so anything he says should be taken as false, cheers!

Does the mod work with 2022.1? The propellers rotation rate has NOT been fixed with the 2022.1 update. Still the same slow visually.
