Apologies for the late reply. Now, if I am understanding your query correctly, you are asking if there will be any file conflicts when you have another add-on that changes the visual looks of the auto shotgun.

If that is your query, then the answer is no. There should not be any conflicts as the add-ons work on different files and, therefore, should be fine together.
