Immersive Common Infected (Extended Commons Patch)

This is a mod that updates common infected populations in order to make the game feel more immersive

Some population changes include
-Male and Female Biker commons from passing in Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 of Dark Carnival
-Road crew in Chapter 2 of The Passing
-Formal Commons at Cemetery (Chapter 3 of The Parish)
-Ceda uncommons at some ceda zones (such as Whispering Oaks and Liberty Mall)
-fallen survivors now have a chance to spawn in (some) populations
-police commons spawn in urban locations
-L4D1 Infected in the Passing and L4D2 Infected in the Sacrifice
-Prisoners in the Sacrifice
-and much much more

**All model credit goes to the amazing creators of the Extended Common Infected mod**

I was inspired by the l4d1 uncommons and the population changes in The Last Stand update so I did that to l4d2
No I am not gonna make this compatible with other population mods

ALSO NOTE: The host of the server needs this mod in order for everyone else to use it. But if a player who joins that game does not have Extended Common Infected it will be errors for them.
