There are much better mods for dragon shouts nowadays like DragonFire - Tactically Enhanced Breath Shouts by NRVNQZR http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/18738/?, or Improved Dragon Shouts by Ozram http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/18738/?, so you should probably use either of them, but if you need a super simple mod, this one's still here.

This mod simply doubles the damage of Fire and Frost breath shouts and cuts their cooldowns to 10/20/30 to make them viable on higher levels.

Doesn't modify dragon versions of the shouts and is incompatible with any major overhaul that modifies any shouts. If you want to make a patch, go ahead, but be sure to message me so I can link it here.

Damages now:

Fire Breath: 100/140/180
Frost Breath: 20/28/36 per second for 5 seconds, also slows target as usual

Took 2 minutes to create and I don't offer any support for it anymore, do whatever you want with it.

I had a discussion with my friend about just this- the fact that the dragon breath shouts really just don't impress, considering you killed a dragon and learned it's ancient language and a basic destruction magic spell seems to do more damage for the time and energy invested...

It might be interesting if the shouts scaled based on the number of shouts you had learned or your overall level so that it worked with lower levels as well. Just an idea if you ever felt like making the mod work for multiple levels.

Hey thanks, those two shouts always bothered me. In a similar way as to that destruction magic is just to weak at higher levels. But thank god this game has mods or i wouldn't have played it ^^
