Isaac fell and got his D6 stuck in his head.

ViscerΔ helped with this mod and they are really cool, so you are required to download at lest one mod from them.

This is probably the most clever graphical tweak on the workshop.
"More Options" because the D6 is fused with his brain matter, "Less Room" because he has brain damage. Genius and canon

the game uses sprite sheet's, so you may have a sprite sheet that conflicts with my mod, that's okay.

The new icon doesn't show up on the character select. Rest works fine so it may just be a consequence of me installing too many mods. Figured I'd report it anyways tho.
