This is probably the most clever graphical tweak on the workshop.
"More Options" because the D6 is fused with his brain matter, "Less Room" because he has brain damage. Genius and canon

the game uses sprite sheet's, so you may have a sprite sheet that conflicts with my mod, that's okay.

The new icon doesn't show up on the character select. Rest works fine so it may just be a consequence of me installing too many mods. Figured I'd report it anyways tho.

Just noticed that the D6 is on the wrong side of Isaac's head while walking backwards
Could you fix that? It's really annoying once you realize it

is this for tainted Isaac because it would be way funnier if the explanation for tainted Isaac's ability is that his D6 got lodged into his brain and now he can do that with his brain
