Lens Flare Sun

Hopefully a more useful Lens Flare than my old original particle asset.
I plan to tweak this one over time and try add more features, for now please enjoy!

Features:
* Sun only option.
* Lens Flare only option.
* Cursor interactive option.
* Speed/timer and rotation options (so the Sun will animate itself in various ways).
