This mod allows you to run HLSL shaders on the entire screen.
The ShaderConf.txt file allows you to specify what shader file to load.
You can create your own shaders, or use the ones included.

The mod data is located in Documents/DuckGame/ShadersMod

If you wish to create your own shaders, check the README.txt file in ShadersMod/Shaders

Shaders can create nearly any full-screen visual effect, but they do come at a cost. Complex shaders require a lot of GPU performance, and the higher the resolution you play at, the more processing power they need. The default bloom shader should run fine on most mid-range or better graphics cards at standard HD (1920p or 1080p) resolution, however it may cause fps drops on lower end computers or if you run duck game at a very high resolution.

If you find that you do get fps drops, you can lower the resolution in the settings, try out the other included shaders, or, if you feel confidant enough, you can modify the shaders yourself to boost performance.

KNOWN ISSUES:

- Screen stretching when using native fullscreen with a non 16/9 aspect ratio. (Windowed fullscreen mode should work correctly)
- Intermissions are very laggy and chat messages are not visible during them.

The mod code is a MESS, since I just sorta learned how to do this [duck game screen shaders] as I went along. At some point, I'd like to come back and completely re-code it much more cleanly and efficiently, as well as fix the many issues I'm sure it has. Unfortunately I don't have the motivation or time to do that just yet.
