Description
This started as a patch for Relytor's Empire United to work with Ethics and Civics Alternative - Redux, however, with subsequent game updates I was down to two files that hadn't been updated and brought over, so I did. This is now a full fork and updated to 3.10.4

Load order:

Ethics and Civics Alternative - Redux
Relytor's Empire Governance - Redux
Relytor's Empire United - For ECA Redux Only

Original description below:

A Unity system overhaul
It always bothered me that Unity was simply a resource produced by certain jobs. It didn't really represent the unity of your empire. I believed it was time for an overhaul.

Pop Unity Production
Each pop now produces a base amount of unity, depending on their ethics:
0.5 Unity, if they have the same ethic as the empire's fanatic ethic
0.3 Unity, if they have the same ethic as the empire's non-fanatic ethic
No Unity, if they neither share nor oppose the empire's ethos
-0.2 Unity, if they have the opposing ethic of the empire's non-fanatic ethic
-0.3 Unity, if they have the opposing ethic of the empire's fanatic ethic

Unity from Jobs
Jobs that originally produced Unity now double the base unity of the pop working the job, increases the unity from pops, and increases Governing Ethic Attraction on the planet. This represents the influential status they have in society. The exact amounts will depend on their ethics:
Has Governing Fanatic ethic: 1.0 base Unity, +x% pop Unity production, +x% governing ethics attraction
Has Governing regular ethic: 0.6 base Unity, +x% pop Unity production, +x% governing ethics attraction
No Governing nor opposing ethics: No base Unity, +x% pop Unity production
Opposing regular ethic: -0.4 base Unity, +x% pop Unity production, -2x% governing ethics attraction
Opposing fanatic ethic: -0.6 base Unity, +x% pop Unity production, -2x% governing ethics attraction
x = Vanilla Unity production for the job. i.e. High Priest in Vanilla = 5 Unity, in Empire United = +5% Unity from Pops and Governing Ethics Attraction
Robots in servitude will produce unity as if they were materialistic, but will never produce negative unity.

Notes
The Unity from Pops is always positive because it will increase both positive and negative unity production
Criminals will always produce -1 Unity plus/minus their base unity
Pops without ethics, such as basic robots, will not produce any base Unity
Empires without ethics, i.e. Gestalt Consciousness, will produce Unity the same as Vanilla, with the exception that Deviant drones will also now produce -1 Unity.
The average empire will experience a very similar Unity generation to Vanilla. Those with a Fanatic Ethic will tend to make a bit more if they keep their people following governing ethics.
Taking planets with pops that have opposing ethics will cause a big hit to Unity generation. This helps slow empire sprawl and makes sure you only take those planets that aren't going to hurt too much.
If your Unity pool goes negative, your empire will experience greatly reduced stability on all planets, negative governing ethics attraction, as well as reduced Influence generation.
