Standardized Item Weights and Better Deals

Beskrivelse
Standardizes item weights (all items have equal chance of appearing), debloats devil deals, removes unfitting items for devil deals, devil beggars and angel rooms (pretty much all of the AB+ booster pack items that were added to both deals).

Thank you for making this mod, I've been using it for a few weeks now and it makes the game way more fun! Not seeing useless items like the babies in Devil Deals the other changes you made are fantastic. :meepstarry:

I actually deleted to completely drop using items.xml on this version since I wasn't doing that much with it, and it's a file that a lot of mods use, so opening space for other mods to give it more thoughtfully felt like the right thing to do. Didn't really do anything too interesting apart from shuffling stuff around and making the mod more light-weight and what I'd consider more "vanilla-like". Not sure what I was thinking with removing Curse of the Tower from the curse rooms, for example.

@Arc Other than applying some of the changes to the itempool and item.xml, do you remember what else did you change? I use your mod as a basis and tweak some stuff in the itempool and item.xml so any cool stuff that you do with the those are welcomed
