American 30's City Pack

Will grow as time progresses

As of now the pack features a modest variety of lower income tenements with style matching shops, together with a different cup of tea being a Party HQ downtown skyscraper. The pack is highly inspired by the style of the first Mafia game and its city Lost Heaven, although all models are original work.

They're set up to serve 40 shoppers for 8 sellers, make sure your citizen productivity isn't lowered by loyalty.

Can you turn off collisions? After some update I can't connect buildings side to side.
