Tweaked King Baby sprite

Tweaked sprite for King Baby. Now it looks better, and more closely resembles The Emperor tarot card which the item was based off. Hail to the king baby.

For your convenience, I'm uploading every sprite tweak separately, so that if you don't like some of them, . After I receive enough feedback, tweak my redesigns, and make the requested ones, and remove the ones that don't work, I will compile them into one big mod :)
