[REP] Afterbirth Title Details

Description
Adds the background doodles, blood wings, and splashes that were removed in Repentance for some reason. For anyone who thought the menu looked a bit barren now.

I have no idea if this works with the STOP PLAYING! screen but I changed the sprites for it anyways so hopefully it works too.

I assume the decals were removed from the repentance title screen so it can be seen as "unique."

I definitely prefer it this way, though

I definitely feel like there should be a little option in the game for different title detail styles, like how that one Improved Bestiary mod has options for different styles of bestiaries.
