JGR/JNR Toki 900 Waggon Car

-----Breif history of Toki 900 Waggon car-----

Toki 900 were built to fulfill for wartime design, "minimum material and maximum capacity".
As the result, they became a waggon car "2-axles-size and bogie-car-capacity".

However, because of inferior making and wrong runnning parts, they occured a lot of problems.
After WW2, they were rapidly dumped and their parts were reused for other 2-axles freight cars, etc.

This mod includes 3-variations of Toki 900 and Chi 500, Chisa 1600.
Chi 500 and Chisa 1600 are renovated from Toki 900 by removing thier bodies.

Chi 500 were used mainly auxillary service car.
Chisa 1600 were used ordinary stake car.
