Description
Silver Tongue!
Cheaper shops, if only by a bit!

A trinket that reduces the cost of shop items by 1 cent, works with Steam Sale. The price calculations happen after Steam Sale. Only works on unvisited shops.

Special thanks to Gay Mouse for making the Coupon Book trinket a while back, which I've heavily referenced their code to figure out how to interact with Shop prices. Cheers!

Should be like a 20% discount to make a difference, so prices become 2, 4 and 12 pennies. Still 1 penny discount for consumables but 3 for items.

I feel like it should be slightly buffed to 2 cents. 1 cent feels like it will only affect the most fringe of situations.
