Based om MaxFX "Double Y Interchange" that contains weaving like a cloverleaf.
Removed the weaving. Adding cost and weight with redundant roadbeds to do so.

Sprawl: Small, and all in one quadrant. Remember to divide it by 4.
Length*Lanes: short, compared to Non-Weave interchanges
Length*Lanes*Levels (Weight elevated): Low
Cost: Low
Speed: decent, especially for its size and cost.
Throughput: decent, with light-to-moderate traffic
