P9 High-Pressure Suit

Do you ever wanted to race a mudraptor and win? On 6000 meters depth? Say no more.


Used by an long gone Europa Colonization Forces, P9 were top fashion back in times! Favoured by researchers, military units, and even eccentric (also absurdly rich) tourists everywhere, these things were capable of enduring absolutely enormous depths while providing unparraleled underwater mobility. Now, thanks to our humble friends from group of Jovian Separatists who discovered an old husk infested outpost filled with such gear, most of these suits hit europan shops.

(Disclaimer: Just don't forget to clean it up after purchase. Who knows, maybe last 60 years it spent on mummified body of some husk or something...)

Aaaaanyway, what exactly this mod have in it?

An old high-pressure diving suit,presumably belonged to Europa Colonization Forces. Made of durable, but also quite flexible ballistic fiber which gives to wearer amazing agility in water. Automatically adjusts innards to pressure, thanks to it's special liquid tanks on chest. Can hold up to 6000 meters. Available for both genders.

Durable diving helmet with special pump system to accompany liquid-based breathing. Can't use regular oxygen tanks,so be careful about it on long trips outside. Also comes with built-in lights. (maybe i'll add customizable colors in future)

Just some cool looking back for that "deep-diver" looks. Have 9 slots in it.

Now this is some really special thing.

Gas pressure increases with depth, rising 1 bar (14.5 psi (100 kPa)) every 10 meters to over 1,000 bar at the bottom of the Mariana Trench. Europan oceans probably not so deep,but much more dangerous. Diving becomes even more dangerous as depth increases, adding to threats thing such mudraptors and crawlers. And you probably don't want to face this things on 6000 meter depth.

Liquid breathing offers a third option, promising the mobility and speed available with flexible dive suits and the reduced risks of rigid suits. With special liquid in the lungs and body, the pressure within the diver's tissues could accommodate changes in the pressure of the surrounding water without the huge gas partial pressure exposures required when the lungs are filled with gas. And the most important thing about it. You can move freely in such gear, getting speed as an egde in Europan food chain.

Breathing liquid is special gooey substance, designed to be used as VERY long-lasting breathable environment for human lungs. Some say it tastes like sea raspberry. Can be resaturated in oxygen generator, but be careful about using it in regular diving suits. You'll not going to drown in it, but it will not last that long as in P9 Helmet.
