4. With biotech, you could do all sorts of gene stuff. Maybe a gene that makes quioxiote non-deadly? One that makes it so it lasts longer, but you have to take it every "x" days (So, quioxte lasts many times as long, still is deadly, and now you must take it every "x" days!. Combine with the non-deadly one to make it not deadly...)
5. Short-duration utility ones. "Last Strike", which is a backpack that will inject it as they are downed.
