Replaces Mom's foot with the Monty Python foot. Also gives the Mom fight Monty Python references. Mausoleum/Gehenna and Delirium forms included!

does this still fully work with the new patches? the sounds here all work, but i don't think i have any mods that would screw it up, but it doesn't resprite mom anymore
