Aquatic Animal Talk Point Scenery

Description
Aquatic themed animal talk point scenery decorated with otter statues, waterfall, and sun shades. Otter statue can be changed out with appropriate animal. When I built it, I used a boat ride rail on auto tunnel to create the tunnel for width, then dug down until the rocks showed. I used staff path on grid underneath the aquatic rocks behind the rails.
