Steel Battalion

Description
currently a WIP but it will add all the VT's from the classic 2002 game steel battalion currently there are 2 VT's available the Vitzh and the M7 Decider the Vortex is next on my list of VT's to add to the game.

I also have a visual bug that I can't figure out how to fix with the turrets so if anyone knows how to make them look a little better I could use the help, This is my first mod for this game I don't know all the ins and outs of the .ini file commands.
