Sawyer Helicopter Service | H12 Passenger Helicopter „Island Hopper“
The H12 Tandem Rotor Helicopter has originally been designed for skydiving training and cargo flights. After 30 years of service the 25 Helicopters were destined for the scrapyard because nobody had a use for them anymore. Recently the Sawyer Helicopter Service purchased 10 of the helicopters and converted them into regional passenger transports.

-Cruise Speed: 50-55knts
-Range: ca. 45-50km

<5 RPS | Idle
>5 RPS | Rotor Clutch engaged
10-15 RPS | Taxi
20- 30RPS | Liftoff/Flight

Features


-Auto compressor shutoff (Turbine RPS >2)
-Auto Ground steering disable (if more than 1m from the ground, indicator light in cockpit)
-Heating system
-Radio
-Cargo/Luggage storage
-Maitenance doors in the rear
-Fuel/Charge ports on each side (behind Cargo Hatch)

Notes:

Sometimes starts rocking from side to side when flying above 55knts
