The heat has been turned up to 11, this mission is hard. Entering an enclosed compound with intentional choke points that favour the defender.

-GÖTTERDÄMMERUNG II: RUDE AWAKENING-

It was not by chance that the warlord made it past the miltias, an unholy alliance between former enemies has been formed.
The blacksite was hit hard and quickly overrun, mere hours after you hit the villa, by what is believed to be a mixture of terrorist fighters that has trickled into the city and the formerly loyal militia.
Two casualties are confimed and the rest are assumed to be held hostage inside the blacksite compound, no line of negotiation has been opened nor has any demands been delivered.
A neighbouring warlord and his entourage of fighters have been persuaded to move into the city to set up a perimiter until your team arrive at the scene.
The enemy force seem intent on making a stand inside the compound walls as no attempt to break out of the perimeter has been made.

Cool map, unfortunately it has a couple of bugs that got me some KIAs.
- Can see through this reinforced door
- And there's an invisible object the operators can see but not shoot through (except flamethrower can and grilled 2 of my guys lol)

Also there is a constant alarm going off that got old real fast for me in a 30+ minute play session - maybe stop it after 10 seconds or so ;)

Maybe you could update this older gem, it's a great map and would be worth it :)

A rude awakening indeed! I went in sloppy first run, 2 of my guys died because of s-vests, and 4 hostages were lost due to terrorists blind firing. Second time was much better, though. Great Map!!! :steamthumbsup:

Accuracy of the enemy is a bit too ridiculous. They can maul down my heavily armored troops behind cover from 20m away with handgun. This is just not fair anymore

Yep, it's a hard map. This is the only one of my own maps I have yet to three star, I like challenging maps. Enjoy!

I wish the alarms sound would turn off after a while because holy fuck are they annoying. Fun map nonetheless, I'm enjoying your map series as well.

I assume the clipping and vision issues happens inside the main office area (overturned tables and office equipment)? Custom cover and vision blockers are likely the cause in that case, I'll try to take a look at them but from experience they are often buggy. The spawns will stay as they are. I made the map to be difficult, I can understand that the extra time to setup before entering the compound might be annoying though. And yes the AI is often more A than I in this game.
