(REPENTANCE REQUIRED)

Welcome to a new set of challenges! Here we have 5 new ways to experiment with items and such!

1. NOBLE STEED: Start with A Pony, Aries, 9-Volt, and Belly Jelly. CHARGE!!!
2. PARTING SHOT: Start with 12 full hearts, Mercurius, Ipecac, and Trisagion. How many shots does it take to beat the game?
3. ANTI-MASKER: Start with Soy Milk, Common Cold, and Sinus Infection. Isaac is not a role model here, but at least he's taking The Devil down with him.
4. ISAAC IS SAD: Start with Sad Onion, Divorce Papers, Torn Photo, and Epiphora. Boo-hoo!
5. HELL'S TRAITOR: As Azazel, start with The Pact, The Mark, Pentagram, and Devil's Crown. Fight hellfire with hellfire!
