Coal From Water

Description
Requires power, but with the removal of oil extractors anywhere in v6.0, this method still allows coal to be produced as long as you have power.

Requires about 72 water/sec, fed in from the bottom liquid router.

Averages about 6/sec, so about 360/minute.

Why is it not called Coal From Water? Seems like a more accurate title to me.
