A creative tutorial / testbed for creating multi-axis robotic arms using rotars and other mechanical technology

Initial build of this using a 2-axis robotic arm using 2 rotars and internal columns to create an adjustable, directable solar array directly at the sun for optimal sun obsorption (6 KW per solar panel).
