F-15 Eagle Maneuverability Fix

Description
Anyone who has used Firewill's planes knows just how OP they are in a dogfight. This is a simple mod which aims to make Firewill's F-15 variants have more realistic performance. Inside the config are also some commented lines which can give the planes the vanilla 20mm gun and countermeasures when uncommented as a present.

This mod works by modifying the elevator and aileron sensitivity in the config.cpp.

I'm not yet done, as whenever Firewill releases the F-15EX, I'll have to do that too. For the meantime, this has been updated to cover all F-15 variants currently available in Firewill's mod, including the Civilian one.

I initially planned to also set the default radar range to 16km but never got back to it. Easy enough to do manually for now.

I'm open to feedback, and am willing to make changes to performance.

I did not know your mods existed at the time I made this. The modifications in this are original, but quite crude. I don't even touch these two patches anymore to be honest.

This is why creators stop uploading free content.It takes hundreds of hours dev' ing to make quality work.Just seems very odd you have only done the aircraft i did...Pretty messed up modifying and re-releasing ppls work hard work...

You're doing the lord's work. My only ask would be that when you change values you consider making sure there is baked in support for AWEsome and Advanced Aero Effects.

@Frosted Vert From what I can tell, all of Firewill's planes are way more maneuverable than IRL. Think Ace Combat vs. DCS

I haven't flown his Harrier, and maybe the A-10 is pretty ok.

I plan to mod the F-16 Falcon config next, then F-14, F-18, etc.

Just out of curiosity, are all Firewill's planes like that? It never occurred to me to do a direct comparison to the USAF mod or their real characteristics.
