More General variation: Iberian Generals

Oh ok I get it,.
I also see that the Iberians (including Celtiberians of course) never were seen as "wild enough" they all are with tunics like little sissies if they have no armour, in battle tunics and torso exposed is no different.
There is a mod that changes slightly some Iberian Generals, the mod of BigBad Wolf Iberians.
What i am trying to say is that both Iberian light units and generals look like "not respected" in tribal societies in all around the world it was common to see warriors and their chiefs fighting shirtless, some with warpaints, Iberians were no exception

Not sure if the mod still works given it's been 10 years.

However I recall at the time the Iberian generals having an extremely limited set of customisation in the vanilla game. I largely just made them use more helmets and more heavy armour sets.

I don't see much difference from the vanilla.
Can you make some Iberian generals torso exposed with a pectoral golden disc on their chest? That would be very epic! Oh and some with cloaks on their naked back

Could you make some for Desert Nomadic factions? :) I mean African tribes such as Garamantia, Axum and Blemmyes etc. Their models are just the same as their actual units in the battlefield.

Great mod! I am stuck trying to make one for Carthage. Everything works except there is no animation for them on the campaign map. They just have their arms and legs stretched out as if they were being edited in the assembly kit. Did you encounter this problem at all, and do you have any idea how to fix it?

I use PFM. 10 times easier.

Ive been having problems with reskinning officers and generals in assembly kit. Ive been stuck for awhile, it says '' This variant definition does not have a uniform record in the database. uniform colours will not be saved! '' please help
