Despite it is named after the real Charleston city, it is a fictional city with 120.000 inhabitants. It works as a sort of megalopolis that plays at the same time the role of the Capital of the country, containing a whole area of american-based goverment buildings such as the Capitol, the White House, The Washington Obelisk or the Pentagon.

The city counts on an efficient and aesthetic road layout, as well as a good public transport system, avoiding any kind of traffic jam, who will never form in this current uploaded status.

Si bien toma su nombre de la ciudad real de Charleston, es sobre el mapa una ciudad ficticia de 120.000 habitantes. Pretende representar una gran ciudad que al mismo tiempo alberga las principales instituciones y edificios del gobierno norteamericano, como son el Capitolio, la Casa Blanca, El obelisco de Washington o el Pentágono.

La ciudad cuenta con un eficiente y estético sistema de carreteras, así como un buen sistema de transporte público que evita todo tipo de atascos, que nunca se formarán en el estado actual en que la ciudad se encuentra en el workshop.
