remove tainted cain's eyepatch

Description
Removes Tainted Cain's eyepatch so that he's a bit more unique compared to his regular counterpart.

Should only conflict with mods that change Tained Cain's sprites.

thanks for the feedback, this was mostly user requested so if i do plan on making changes it'd be in a new mod

Agree with aqepo that this makes him look more like Isaac. I think a good compromise would be a "shredded" eyepatch, where he's still wearing it, but it looks like whatever clawed his face ripped off most of the cloth over his eye, leaving only the strap and a frayed edge behind.

The problem is that IMO now he looks more like Isaac than Cain.
Nice sprite though!
